Privacy policy

MasterTrends Watch Co. B.V. (“MasterTrends”, “we”) operates mastertrendsio.com. We are the data controller. Questions go to support@mastertrendsio.com.

What we collect

• Order data. Name, delivery address, email, phone and what you bought - needed to fulfil the contract and to insure the shipment.
• Payment data. Handled by our payment provider. We see a confirmation and, for cards, the last four digits. Never the full number.
• Basket, wishlist and compare list. Stored in your own browser (local storage) on your device. They are not sent to us until you check out.
• Service records. If you send a watch in, we keep the reference number, the fault and what we did, for the life of the warranty and the statutory period after it.
• Newsletter. Your email address and the date you subscribed, if you opt in.
• Analytics. Aggregated, IP-truncated page counts. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels.

Who else sees it

Only processors who need it: our payment provider, the insured courier, our email provider and our hosting company - all inside the EEA or covered by an adequacy decision. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies and local storage

• Essential. Your basket, wishlist, compare list and cookie choice, stored in your browser. Without these the shop cannot work.
• Statistics. An anonymous visit counter, only if you accept it in the banner.

No third-party marketing cookies are set on this site. Clearing your site data removes all of it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to processing, or receive it in a portable format. Email us and we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

Children

This shop is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date above and, for anything material, email newsletter subscribers.
