The warranty
Every watch carries a 2-year warranty on the movement from the date of delivery, plus one free regulation within that period if the watch drifts outside its rated accuracy.
Covered
- Movement faults: stopping, drifting outside the rated accuracy, winding or setting failure.
- Failure of the crown, pushers or crystal seal under normal use.
- Bracelet clasp and spring-bar failure.
- Lume delamination and dial or hand defects.
- One regulation, free, within the warranty period.
Not covered
- Scratches, dents and normal wear to case, crystal or strap.
- Water ingress after the crown was left unscrewed, or after a strap change with damaged seals.
- Damage from magnets, drops or opening the case yourself.
- Battery replacement on quartz models after the first year (it is a EUR 15 job).

Turnaround is ten to fifteen working days for a full service, two to four days for a battery or a regulation. We tell you the price before we start; if a service turns out to need parts beyond the quote, we ask first.
How to send a watch in
- Email support@mastertrendsio.com with the reference number and what the watch is doing.
- We reply with a prepaid, insured shipping label - inside the EU and the UK there is no cost to you for warranty work.
- Send the watch head only unless the fault is in the bracelet. Keep the box.
- You get an email when it arrives, a diagnosis within three working days, and a tracking link when it ships back.
Water resistance, honestly
Ratings are static pressure tests, not swimming advice. Practically:

Seals age. Have them checked every three years if you swim with the watch, and always screw the crown fully down first.
