Shipping & returns

Delivery

Watches are packed in a rigid box inside an unbranded outer carton - nothing on the outside says what is in it. Every shipment is insured for the full order value and requires a signature.

Free standard shipping applies to every order over €750,00 after discounts. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day leave the same day; you get a tracking link when the courier scans the parcel.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery. A returned watch must be unworn, with the protective stickers still on the caseback and clasp, in its box with the warranty card and any spare straps or links.

How to return

• Email support@mastertrendsio.com with your order number.
• We send a prepaid, insured label - free within the EU and the UK.
• Pack the watch in its original box, inside an outer carton. Do not write the brand on the outside.
• Refund to the original payment method within three working days of arrival and inspection.

Exchanges

Tell us what you want instead before you post the return and we will hold it for ten days.

Exceptions

• Engraved watches are final sale.
• Watches returned with a worn strap, sized bracelet or removed stickers may be refunded at a reduced value; we tell you before doing it.
• Sale references can be refunded but not exchanged - there is no restock.

If it arrives faulty or damaged

Email a photo within 14 days. We replace it or refund in full, postage included. Your statutory rights under EU consumer law are unaffected by anything on this page, and our 2-year warranty sits on top of them.
