Your order is an offer to buy; the contract exists when we send the order confirmation. Runs are small, so if a reference sells out between your order and dispatch we will tell you and refund that line in full.
iDEAL, credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. Orders paid by transfer ship once funds arrive. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored by us.
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees. Every shipment is insured and requires a signature; risk passes to you on delivery. A parcel lost in transit is replaced or refunded by us, not by you.
As an EU consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We extend this voluntarily to 30 days. The watch must be unworn, with protective stickers intact and in its box. Engraved watches are excluded, as the law allows for personalised goods.
Every watch carries a 2-year warranty on the movement, described in full on the warranty page. That warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights to goods that are as described and fit for purpose.
Water resistance ratings are static pressure tests at manufacture. Seals age with use; water damage after the stated service interval, or after the crown was left unscrewed, is not a conformity defect.
Codes apply to full-price references unless stated, cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. One code per order.
Text, photography and the site itself are ours or licensed to us; please do not republish them commercially. Dial colours vary between screens and we cannot guarantee your monitor. Nothing here promises uninterrupted availability of the site.
We are liable for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, and as otherwise required by Dutch law. Beyond that our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited.
Email us first - most things are resolved within a day. If we cannot agree you may use the European Commission's ODR platform or the Dutch courts.
Dutch law applies. Consumers resident elsewhere in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of their country of residence.
